FAQs

  • Please drop us a message via our ‘Contact’ page and one of our team will get back to you with details of how you can have a free trial session with us.

  • Unfortunately not as our sessions are structured around our Cornwall League teams. The other aspect here is that you will need to be a member of England Netball (the sport’s governing body) to train full time with us to ensure you are fully insured.

  • No. We can’t guarantee a place in a squad but everybody who trains is assessed for selection.

  • Absolutely not! You only really need a decent pair of sports trainers, netball specific ones are even better due to the extra impact zones in the shoe. Please, no ‘fashion’ trainers as these are not designed for wearing during sport.

If you are selected for one of our squads your match dress will be provided by the club. You will need to supply your own pair of Navy hotpants/booty shorts to wear under your match dress and also a pair of White socks. These are club colours so only these colours are permitted.

Of course, if you want to buy some extra off court kit, like training vests, tee shirts, hoodies, leggings, jackets, bags and much more, these are all available in our Club Shop. Feel free to show the love by getting as much of this stash as you like!

  • All our official club communication is done via the ‘Spond’ app. This is a private team management app and every member is required to download it and be on there.

We use Spond for squad selections, matchday availability, payment schedules, social events and any important messages and information from the club.

It’s free to download from your app store and will not cost you anything to use other than your regular mobile data or WiFi data included in your phone plan. Please get in touch with one of our Leadership Team if you need any help getting it set up.

  • Most definitely! There is always space for any volunteers who would like to be part of the development of our club. We are always looking for matchday support roles, whether that’s in a role like a physio or official scorer, electronic scoreboard operator, timer etc.

There are also a variety of social roles volunteers can help with so if you have a desire to be part of the off court aspect of the club please just drop us a line via our ‘Contact’ page and let’s talk.

  • Sadly not at this time.
